Terms and Conditions 

PROMOTION OVERVIEW: Eligible new Caesars Sportsbook accountholders can earn $150.00 in Bonus Bets by successfully opening a new Caesars Sportsbook account with a qualifying promo code and winning their first real money wager of at least $1.00 (additional restrictions and requirements below). This promotion begins at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59am EST on June 3, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Promotion is offered by (1) Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey in New Jersey, (2) William Hill U.S. HoldCo, Inc. in Pennsylvania, and (3) American Wagering, Inc. in all other jurisdictions (collectively, “Caesars”) . 

  

ELIGIBILITY: 

  1. To be eligible for this promotion, you must: 
  1. Be 21 years of age or older;  
  1. Successfully open your first Caesars Sportsbook mobile or online account in any of the following states during the Promotion Period: AZ, CO, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, NC, NY, OH, TN, VA, WY or Washington, D.C; and 
  1. Use an eligible promo code when opening your new account. 
  1. The date and time of account opening is determined by the automatic system timestamp that is created once all account opening procedures have been completed. Your account will not be considered open until the required identification verification process (whether by manual or automated means) has been completed.  
  1. The following individuals are not eligible for the promotion: 
  1. Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, including through a government program, at Caesars’ discretion, or by their own request; 
  1. Accountholders who have an existing Caesars Sportsbook and Casino or William Hill account in any other location as of the start of the Promotion Period (even if they re-register during the Promotion Period);  
  1. Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law; and 
  1. Accountholders who have registered for a new account using a promotion code for a different “new user” offer. 

  

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:  

  1. To participate in this promotion, you must place your first real money sports wager of at least $1.00 via the Caesars mobile app or desktop site (“Qualifying Wager”) before the end of the Promotion Period. IMPORTANT: If your first wager is less than $1.00, you will no longer be eligible for the promotion, even if you make a subsequent wager of $1.00 or greater. 
  1. If your Qualifying Wager is graded a “win”, you will receive $150.00 in Bonus Bets (paid as six $25.00 Bonus Bets) after your Qualifying Wager settles. 
  1. As an example, if you place your first wager of $2, and that wager is graded a win, you will receive $150 in Bonus Bets. If you place your first wager of $2, and that wager is graded a loss, you will not receive a bonus. 
  1. See “Additional Terms and Conditions” below for additional wagers that will not qualify as Qualifying Wagers for this promotion. 

  

BONUS BET LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS: 

  1. Each Bonus Bet is for one-time use and cannot be divided across multiple wagers. 
  1. Each Bonus Bet must be used within 30 calendar days from the date it is awarded. Unused Bonus Bets will expire and be removed from the accountholder’s account. 
  1. When you use your Bonus Bet for a wager, and your wager wins, the value of the Bonus Bet is not included in the winnings. 
  1. Bonus Bets are not transferrable to any other Caesars online or mobile account, cannot be redeemed for cash at any time, and do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers. 
  1. Bonus Bet redemption is subject to the applicable Caesars’ House Rules, Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, and General Terms of Service. 

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

  1. Caesars may end this promotion at any time in its discretion. 
  1. All references to sums of money are in United States currency.  
  1. The following wagers will not qualify as Qualifying Wagers for purposes of this promotion: 
  1. Wagers settled using the Cash Out option; 
  1. Wagers using a Profit Boost token; 
  1. Wagers using a previously accrued Bonus Bet or any other bonus funds; or 
  1. Super Boosts or Round Robin wagers. 
  1. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. For purposes of these terms and conditions, the “Promotion Entities” means Caesars, Caesars’ parent and each of Caesars’ affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents. 
  1. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this promotion, including eligibility or disqualification decisions, lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final and binding. 
  1. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
  1. Caesars may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion. Caesars retains the right to disqualify any accountholder engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at Caesars’ sole discretion. 
  1. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Caesars, may have their Bonus Bet(s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Caesars Sportsbook and Casino account(s) permanently locked at the discretion of Caesars. These prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: 
  1. Wagering on both sides of a line on an individual game; or 
  1. Multiple/grouped accounts linked by device/static IP/cashier/location and betting exploitatively. 
  1. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. 
  1. Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Caesars shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Caesars deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances. 
  1. Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the promotion. 
  1. Except as prohibited by law, Caesars reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Caesars determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.  
  1. By participating in this promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Caesars, which are binding and final. 
  1. Records related to the promotion will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements. 
  1. Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Caesars Privacy Policy.

Participants irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or the prizes awarded.  The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way. 
  1.   1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by Arizona Revised Statute 5-1315 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.   
  1. The Company Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit adjustments in accordance with Arizona R19-4-135.   
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Managements decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Arizona Department of Gaming.   
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with Arizona R19-4-136 & Arizona R16-4-137.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (the “I.R.G.C.”) pursuant to 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 617, 13.1(99F), and no such events will be included in the Promotion.  
  1. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Bonus Bet adjustments in accordance with Iowa Code section (99D.19(3), 99E.8(4), and 99F.12(4))

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on a minor league sports event, a sports event involving an Illinois collegiate team, or any other prohibited sports events as defined by the Illinois Gaming Board (“IGB”) pursuant to 230 ILCS 45/25-25 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Illinois Gaming Board.
