$1,059 First Bet On Us– PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Caesars Sportsbook (“Caesars”) $1,059 First Bet On Us - promotion (the “Promotion”) will take place between 8:00AM eastern standard time on Monday, January 27, 2025, and ends at 12:00pm eastern standard time on Monday, February 10, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). 
  1. As used herein, “Caesars” means American Wagering Inc, dba Caesars Sportsbook. All references to $1,059 First Bet On Us shall be referred to as “Promotion” throughout these Official Rules. Promotion is sponsored by Caesars. 

 

GENERAL RULES: 

  1. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) must: 
  1. Be 21 or older; 
  1. physically present in a State or Commonwealth where sports wagering is legal and Caesars is duly licensed, permitted or authorized to operate including, without limitation, the states of AZ, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, WV, WY or Washington, D.C. when wagering, and 
  1. have successfully opened a new Caesars Sportsbook Mobile or Online Account for the first time in any of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, WV, WY or Washington, D.C.  (“Caesars Account”), inclusive of automated or manual identification verification, during the Promotion Period.  Caesars will determine the time of account opening based on an automatic system timestamp that is triggered when the account opening process is completed.  For the avoidance of doubt, Patrons that have an existing Caesars Account or William Hill Account in any other State shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion, even if they re-register during the Promotion Period within the same state. 
  1. Opening a Caesars Account is free.  
  1. must register their Caesars Account using an eligible promo code (“Promo Code”) during the Promotion Period, for the opportunity to earn a Bonus Bet (“Eligible Patron(s)”).  
  1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
  1. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion: 
  1. Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible. 
  1. Individuals who have previously registered for a Caesars Sportsbook account in another state.  

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: 

  1. Within 30 days of opening a Caesars Account, Eligible Patrons must place their first real money sports wager (“Qualifying Wager”) via the Caesars mobile app or desktop site to participate in this Promotion (“Participant(s)”). If their Qualifying Wager is graded as a Loss (defined below) by Caesars, the Participant will earn a one-time Bonus Bet token equal to the lesser of (1) the full value of the Qualifying Wager or 2) $1,059 (the “Bonus Bet”). A Qualifying Wager that returns $0.00 is defined as a loss (“Loss”).   
  1. Bonus Bets will be added to a Participant’s Caesars Account within two (2) business days after their Qualifying Wager is graded as a Loss by Caesars. 
  1. Awarded Bonus Bet is a one-use token and cannot be broken down across multiple bets. 
  1. The value of the Bonus Bet is not included in any winnings paid out. 
  1. The maximum Bonus Bet per Participant in this Promotion is $1,059. 
  1. If a Participant places more than one wager on their first bet slip, the first listed wager on the bet slip will be considered the Qualifying Wager for this promotion. 
  1. Super Boost Markets, Round Robins, Bonus Bets and Profit Boosts do not qualify. 
  1. If a Profit Boost Token is applied to a Qualifying Wager, that wager will not be eligible for the Promotion.  
  1. The usage of bonus funds on a Qualifying Wager will disqualify this offer.  
  1. Participants may only utilize one such “Promotion” across any Caesars Sportsbook offering.  
  1. For the avoidance of doubt, as an example, a Participant may not use the “Promotion” on https://www.caesars.com/sportsbook-and-casino/me/ or https://www.caesars.com/sportsbook-and-casino/la/. 
  1. A Qualifying Wager must settle within thirty (30) days of being placed by a Participant for that Participant to be eligible for a Bonus Bet. 
  1. Wagers that are settled before normal market settlement via the Cash Out feature are not eligible for Bonus Bet.  The next wager placed will not become the Qualifying Wager. 
  1. A Bonus Bet must be used by the Participant within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date it is awarded or that Bonus Bet will expire and be removed from their Caesars Account. 

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

  1. Bonus Bet redemption is subject to Caesars House Rules and governed by Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and General Terms of Service. 
  1. Bonus Abuse / Fraud: Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or inappropriate play, can have their Bonus Bet voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future bonuses or awards, and/or have their Caesars Account locked at the discretion of Caesars. These activities include, but are not limited to: 
  1. Wagering on both sides of a line on an individual game, 
  1. Multiple/grouped accounts linked by device/static IP/cashier/location and betting exploitatively. 
  1. This Promotion may not be combined with any other welcome offer for new Caesars Sportsbook Mobile or Online Accounts. 
  1. This Promotion is only valid for wagering available within the states of AZ, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, WV, WY or Washington, D.C. via the Caesars desktop site or mobile app. 
  1. Participants may opt out of this Promotion by contacting Caesars Customer Support. 
  1. A Participant’s Caesars Account must be in good standing both at the time of entry and the time at which the Bonus Bet is awarded. 
  1. Participants may be notified by email, SMS, and/or phone when a Bonus Bet is added to their Caesars Account. 
  1. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
  1. Voided or Pushed Wagers do not qualify for this promotion. If a patron places an additional wager, it will not Qualify for a bonus. 
  1. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities. 
  1. Unless prohibited by law, Participants consent and agree to allow Caesars the unconditional use of their name, voice, likeness and story for any promotions, advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or approval. 
  1. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable. 
  1. Caesars reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the Promotion, for any reason, with or without notice, at any time. Other restrictions may apply. 
  1. Caesars reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances. 
  1. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final. 
  1. Caesars may disqualify any Participant from receiving a Bonus Bet based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion. 
  1. Caesars is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction. 
  1. Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion. 
  1. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Caesars reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 
  1. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. 
  1. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements. 
  1. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to these Official Rules. 

 

AZ 

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by Arizona Revised Statute 5-1315 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.  
  1. The Company Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit adjustments in accordance with Arizona R19-4-135.  
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Managements decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Arizona Department of Gaming.  
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with Arizona R19-4-136 & Arizona R16-4-137.  
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.  
  1. This Promotion is subject to Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Service, and House Rules.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on a “Prohibited sports event” and no such events will be included in the Promotion. 
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission. 
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion. 
  1. This Promotion is subject to Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Service, and House Rules.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (the “I.R.G.C.”) pursuant to 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 617, 13.1(99F), and no such events will be included in the Promotion.  
  1. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Bonus Bet adjustments in accordance with Iowa Code section (99D.19(3), 99E.8(4), and 99F.12(4))  
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.  
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 617 13.3(3).  
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.  
  1. This Promotion is subject to Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Service, and House Rules.

IL 

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on a minor league sports event, a sports event involving an Illinois collegiate team, or any other prohibited sports events as defined by the Illinois Gaming Board (“IGB”) pursuant to 230 ILCS 45/25-25 and no such events will be included in the Promotion. 
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Illinois Gaming Board. 
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with 230 ILCS 45. 
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion. 
  1. This Promotion is subject to Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Service, and House Rules.

IN 

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on a “Prohibited sports event” as defined by I.C. 43-8-5-5 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.  
  1. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with Title 68 Chapter 9 and 12.  
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Indiana Gaming Commission.  
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with I.C. 4-38-1:11. Caesars Promotions will retain details of all Participants for sixty (60) days after the event in accordance with 68 IAC 1- 12.5.  
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.  
  1. This Promotion is subject to Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Service, and House Rules.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on any events that have not been approved by the KRGC and/or Kansas Lottery, and no such events will be included in the Promotion.  
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules may be resolved by contacting Customer Support and submitting a complaint. Caesars Management decision on the resolution shall be final and binding on all Participants. 
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with Kansas Senate Bill No. 84.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board (the “LGCB”) prohibited by R.S. 27:602 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the LGCB. 
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with Louisiana R.S. Title 31 §2953.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on any events that have not been approved by the Commission, and no such events will be included in the Promotion pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat § 18C-904. 
  1. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit adjustments in accordance with NCSLC Rule 1G-011. 
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the North Carolina State Lottery Commission (the “NCSCL”)  
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with NCSLC Rule 1E-003 
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.

NJ  

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on a “Prohibited Sports Event” as defined by N.J.A.C. 13:69N-1.1 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.  
  1. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Bonus Bet adjustments in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.9.  
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.  
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). Caesars Promotions will retain details of all Participants for sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.  
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.  
  1. This Promotion is subject to Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Service, and House Rules.

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by the New York State Gaming Commission (the “N.Y.S.G.C.”) as defined in Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law section [1367(1)(f)] 1367(1)(s, and no such events will be included in the Promotion. 
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the New York State Gaming Commission. 
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with NYCRR §5330.38.

OH 

  1. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit adjustments in accordance with Ohio Casino Control Commission Sports Wagering Code 3775-16-03 (F). 
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Ohio Casino Control Commission. 
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with Ohio Casino Control Commission Sports Wagering Rule 3775.16.09. 
  1. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.

PA 

  1. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (“PGCB”) pursuant to 58 Pa Code §1407a.7 (prohibited and restricted sports wagering activities), and no such events will be included in the Promotion.  
  1. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit adjustments in accordance with 58 Pa Code §811a.9 
  1. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  
  1. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with 58 Pa Code §813a.3 and 58 Pa Code §1409a.1 Please play responsibly.

  1. “Prohibited Wagers” as defined by the Sports Gaming License Rules, Regulations and Standards Chapter 15.1.2.HH will not be accepted and no such wagers will be included in the Promotion.

Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Tennessee Sports Wagering Advisory Council.

VA 

  1. “Prohibited Wagers” as defined by Section 11VAC5-70-10 of the Sports Betting Regulations and Virginia Sports Bettors’ Bill of Rights will not be accepted and no such wagers will be included in the Promotion. 
  1.
